Return Policy

  • Customer who wish to return items(s) after purchased, he/she shall do so within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The return is eligible if the item(s) remain the same condition with original packing and label attached.
  • If the return is authorized after quality inspection, we will make the entire refund within 10 working days. Refunds in the form of credit into wallet are not exchangeable to cash.
  • Customer shall bear the freight charge (if any) on returning item(s) and be responsible for the safe delivery of the item(s). We do not guarantee that we will receive your return item(s).
  • Refund does not apply to customization order i.e. engraving, resizing etc.


Return Procedures

  • We suggest customer to follow the following steps to ensure your return procedures are completed.
Step 1: Take photos of the product(s) to be returned and an email shall be send to by providing invoice number of your purchased.
Step 2: This email must be responded from Megan Customer Service to ensure your intention to return is being acknowledged.
Step 3: Pack the item(s) with their original packing box enclosed with sales invoice and other item(s) (e.g. certificate, free gifts, coupons, redemption items).
Step 4: Return the item(s) to the following address within 7 days to our head office.
